In an area as complex and diverse as media literacy, there can be no one-size-fits-all approach to developing or delivering initiatives. Endorsed by 65 organisations, these principles and guidelines provide a helpful checklist for the media literacy community to use in a way that best suits their own circumstances.
These Principles and Guidelines were developed by the EDMO Working Group over the last 18 months. Acknowledging the role that media literacy has in building resilience to mis- and disinformation, this work is crucial to EDMO’s wider mission.
